Establishment of the Foundation Any natural or juridical person may establish a Foundation of Private Interest by providing initial capital or patrimony which subsequently may be increased from time to time, dedicated exclusively to stated objectives or goals of the foundation.
If the client does not travel to Panama, the foundation may be formed by power given to this effect to a nominal founder of the Republic of Panama, appointed by our office.
Such power must be signed by the client in front of a notary from the client country and then apostille or authenticated by the panamanian consul in that place.
Our office will provide this document to the client to proceed apostilization or authentication
or we can directly establish the foundation and deliver it to the client with a comprehensive power management on his behalf.
